BUDGET PRESENTATION

The product of the effort of the entire MARINA29 team will have added value, our budgets go to clarify and reassure the client regarding our services and operation. Once the Project and its preparation time have been analyzed, we will meet with the client for their presentation and presentation of the most notable points of their project.

PROJECT IDEA PRESENTATION

Once the Budget is accepted, the MARINA29 team will meet again with the client to present the limitations according to regulations, architectural and decorative proposals, as well as the conclusions of the innovations to be taken into account to enhance these proposals. It will be a research work, putting into plans and own images or references, where the search for sensations and air that the Project to be presented will breathe takes precedence.

PROJECTUAL PHASE

PHASE 1 - IDEA DEVELOPMENT

The MARINA29 team will work within prudent deadlines agreed with the client, in which the development of the Project will be shaped. The client is another member of the team, with whom we will meet as many times as necessary so that all decisions are known, thus personalizing each project to your client, helping them find their well-being.

In this phase the project takes shape through the editing of plans, measurements, schemes, drawings, volumetric measurements, internal and external references... Everything that is necessary for the explanation and understanding of the Project, where the sensations will be captured through furniture. concretes, tones, textures, etc.

PHASE 2 - MATERIALITY

Once the plans and sensations of the Project have been finalized and specified, we immerse ourselves in the search for the materials, taking into account their technical specifications, the necessary quantity of each one, their price for an economic valuation, as well as their sizes, placement or cuts.

In this phase, the project takes shape through the editing of plans, measurements, elevations, volunometries, WE MAKE RENDERS (out of budget), and the economic valuation through a construction company.

PRESENTATION AND DELIVERY OF THE COMPLETE PROJECT - MARINA29 IS ANOTHER THING

An innovative presentation will be organized, projected and staged in which the client experiences a series of sensations that leave them wanting more. We avoid a standard presentation and if the delivery of the documentation is not necessary, we will be responsible for managing it on our part, as agreed with the client.

EXECUTION PHASE

CONSTRUCTION MONITORING - INTERIOR DESIGN

The MARINA29 team takes great care of their ideas, projections and plans, which is why we offer, once the Project is finished, to sit down with each trade to explain the Project and their participation, resolving doubts, adding improvements and highlighting the coordination and relationship. with the professionals who will form the construction team of the work.

We offer TWO visits/meetings, the first explaining the plans, method of execution and deadlines for work. The second will be on site, on site, where we will verify the good execution and work carried out by the professional in question. We are in continuous contact with the professional, calls, video calls and whatever is in our power to facilitate the development of the Project on site.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR

At MARINA29 we offer a personalized service to the client, knowing the difficulty of coordination and a direct approach on site without delays and with confidence; We have the availability to carry out the coordination and direction of the work, in which we will be responsible for ensuring the correct development of the work, any modification of the on-site Project, giving freedom, confidence and relief to our clients, where we will play their role. on site, capturing all the problems that may arise on site, to our professional team.

ECONOMIC CONTROL - BUDGET

If there is something we don't like at MARINA29, it is conflicts. This is the most tedious! From the beginning of the idea, we take charge of absolute control of the materials, construction and setbacks that arise, readjusting and adding as many times as necessary, so that the client is always aware of the expense of each one of the items of your Project.
